First Visit
Your first visit to our office will serve as an opportunity for us to gather information that will help us to best serve your dental health needs. We would be thankful if you come prepared with completed forms on your health history, and insurance information, as well as your signed HIPAA paperwork. These forms are available under the tab “Forms”. Please download these files and fill them out as accurately as possible before arriving for your first visit. Our front office staff is available to answer any questions you may have.
You will initially meet with the dentist or your dental hygienist depending on your immediate needs. An initial examination with your dental hygienist will typically take one hour, and will involve a cleaning, digital imaging of teeth and a thoughtful assessment of your needs, as well as a meeting with either Dr. Condello or Dr. Travers.
It is important that you feel comfortable in discussing costs of potential dental treatment and we strongly encourage you to feel free to ask any questions in that regard. We are here to help you, and we understand that the costs are an important component to the overall treatment plan.
